I am Anita Ragavendran, and I am a passionate childbirth and new parent educator. My mission is to empower expecting parents and new families with the knowledge, skills, and emotional support they need to embrace this life-changing journey with confidence and joy. My unique approach integrates therapeutic art practices to address the emotional well-being of parents during this transformative time.

Art is a powerful medium for expression and healing, especially during pregnancy when emotions can feel overwhelming. In my classes and sessions, I use therapeutic art techniques to help expecting parents release fears, embrace their strengths, and visualize the birth experience they desire.

Whether it’s through hands-on prenatal classes, one-on-one consultations, or expressive art workshops, my goal is to guide and support you every step of the way.
